My Conversation on Fueling Confidence & Performance

 

 

 

I sat down with Hockey Night to share why I became a Registered Dietitian and how nutrition shapes more than just the scale—whether you’re an athlete, on GLP-1 medications, recovering from injury, or simply working toward feeling your best.
